Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 July 2026

These terms govern your use of REAP, the Real Estate Assessment Platform. By using the platform you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform.

01Who operates REAP

REAP is operated on an individual basis by Mohammed Basloom. In these terms "we" refers to him, and "you" refers to the user of the platform.

02Nature and limits of the service

The studies and valuations produced by REAP are preliminary, indicative analyses intended for initial screening and decision support. They are not accredited reports and must not be relied upon for any official, regulatory, financing or legal purpose.

Neither the platform nor its output constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for an accredited valuer or a qualified adviser.

If you require a formal feasibility study or an accredited valuation, please get in touch using the contact details at the end of this page and arrangements will be made accordingly.

The quality of any output depends on the accuracy of the inputs and assumptions you enter. Verifying those inputs and reviewing the results before acting on them remains your responsibility alone.

03Your account

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

05Intellectual property

The platform, its interfaces, its calculation engines, its visual identity and the name REAP remain the property of the operator. Your use of the service grants you no rights in them beyond a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

The data and assumptions you enter, and the output generated from them, remain yours. You may use, export and share that output within the limits set out in section 02.

06Availability of the service

The platform is presently provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, or introduce charges in future, with reasonable prior notice.

We recommend exporting a copy of any work that matters to you. We are not liable for data loss resulting from a technical fault, or from you clearing your browser data while in guest mode.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit or lost investment opportunity — arising from your use of the platform or from relying on its output when making a decision.

08Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms an integral part of these terms.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi judicial authorities shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
